  • Is alcohol provided with any of the packages?

    Like most mobile bars in Florida, we are a “dry hire.” This means that we can not supply or transport the alcohol for your event. We provide the bartending service, the bar, along with the items/services shown in our packages.

  • Do you have insurance? What permits are required?

    Yes! We are fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability along with liquor liability insurance.
    Also, all of our bartenders are TIPS certified.

    For any potential permits that may be required; it is upon the client to make sure that they are acquired. Typically, events on private property do not need permitting.

  • What are the dimensions of The Mainsail?

    The Mainsail is 17ft from tail to tongue, around 8.5 feet high and 7.5 feet wide. The enclosure is around 14 feet as the trailer it is on has added length for turning clearance.

  • How far will you travel?

    Our service range is within a 30 mile radius of St. Augustine, FL. However, we are willing to service events outside of this range. If your event is outside our service area please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!

  • How can I book?

    If you are interested in our services; please fill out our questionnaire on the “Book Now” page. After looking over the information you provided; we will contact you to answer any questions and learn how we can provide the best service for your event. We will then send over an invoice and service contract for you to fill out. In order to have your date saved; a 50% deposit is required in order for us to hold that day. The remaining 50% will be due 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Weather Policy?

    Weather in Florida can be unpredictable. Outdoor rain coverage is provided by the client if it is necessary. We do not provide tents/coverage. In the event of rescheduling due to weather; we will try our best to accommodate. We understand that this variable is uncontrollable, but realistically we won’t be able to entertain every request.
